This guide will teach you important fundamentals for warez and sharing files, as well as how to search, download and open files from our site.

What is Warez?

Warez is a name for pirated software. The term generally refers to illegal releases of copyrighted work by various organized groups such as Razor 1911 (RAZOR), DEViANCE, HATRED, ViTALiTY, RELOADED and many others.

How is Warez distributed?

Warez is distributed either by warez groups, and by torrents uploaded to popular P2P sites.
Warez groups refers to, in this case, to sharing communities that upload content (warez) to file hosting sites; giving you direct download access to warez.

What types of Warez exist?

There are a lot of sub-types of Warez, but the main groups are:
- 0-day Warez - A pirated version of a copyrighted work that came out the same day when the original work came out.
- Applications (Apps/Appz) - Pirated versions of software
- Audio (mp3) - Pirated copies of albums, singles, and other audio in mp3 format.
- Books (Ebooks/Ebookz) - Pirated ebooks and scanned books
- Cracks (Crackz) - Modified executables, libraries, or patchs that turn a trial/demo version of software into a working full version.
- Games (Gamez) - Retail versions of games, often released ISOs or RIPs

- Television programs (TV-Rips) - Rips of television series and shows.
- Scripts (Scriptz) - Pirated scripts coded in PHP, ASP

How do I download files on Gxiso?

Many people, on there first visit to a warez site, find it extremely difficult to download what their looking for. Many people fail to learn the simple methods of downloading warez, and simply give up.
This guide will help you see the simplicity of downloading warez from our site and hundreds of other sites across the internet.

We will start with the basics, browsers, understanding filehosting, and then move on to the actual downloading steps.

i.) Browser
Your internet browser is one of the most important and crucial softwares that you will use. It is your portal from your computer to us. So why stick to the crappy standards?
If you use Internet Explorer, forget it! It is honestly one of the worst browsers today!
We recommend Firefox or Google Chrome. Both are extremely reliable and much more secure then IE.

ii.) WinRar
Most of the files on Gxiso and around the internet are compressed in RAR files (.rar). RAR files make downloading faster (smaller files), and more convenient (all the files are compressed into one).
Thus, WinRar is one of the most essential tools you will need to uncompress and use your download warez files. You can get it at WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files or you can search for the Activated or Cracked version on our site.

iii.) Premium Accounts
Premium accounts are not required but are extremely recommended, and they WILL make your downloading experience a million times easy and more enjoyable.
Premium accounts allow you to download files directly, without waiting times or captcha codes to enter.

iv.) Download Managers
Download managers are extremely helpful when downloading a files with multiple links (3+).
Most download managers can incorporate premium accounts, to download files at high speeds.
The most popular ones are Internet Download Manager(IDM) and Flashget.
Both are exceptional for downloading from Gxiso. Flashget is free, however IDM is not. You can search our site if you prefer to use IDM.
This guide currently does not explain how to download using Download Managers, but we will include this soon.

1. Finding the file
Finding files on Gxiso is extremely easy!

Advance Search
The best method of finding warez on our site is to use the advance search feature.

To get to the advance search page, simply click on the search button on the top of the page.

Afterwards, you will see the advance search page. Illustrated below:

Here, it is important to note a few important options.

You are searching for keywords to a thread (or topic) in our forum. You can choose to search just the title (recommended) or the entire post. To further filter a search, you can specify the date of posting (if your looking for something recently released, you can search in a specific recent time frame, such as "posted in the last month"). You can also specify the forum location (ex. Apps, Movies, Music, eBooks, etc.).

After your click search, your results will appear similar to the results below:

In this particular result, I specified the date only. The forum column displays the type of warez.
Also, you can see that in front of some titles being displayed, there are abbreviations such as RS, HF, and MU. These abbreviations signify where the file is hosted.
RS is Rapidshare.
HF is Hotfile.
MU is Megaupload.
and so on.

After you have selected the file you want. Its time to download it!

2. Downloading the File

Downloading is quite simple, especially if you have a Premium account to the file host.

When you load a thread containing warez, at the bottom of the page, you should see coded links. These are links to other websites, usually to file hosting websites like that of Hotfile and Rapidshare. You cannot click these links, this is done on purpose for security and convenience.

In this example, the files are hosted on multiple file host. Each group of links are exactly the same, except there are hosted on different sites. This give you, the downloader, more options for downloading.

• If you prefer one FileHost over another, you have the option here to pick your favorite.
• If you do not have a Premium account to any FileHost, you can download different parts of the file, from different host, to bypass limits.
• If you have a Premium account to one filehost, and another user has a Premium account for a different filehost, you can both download the same file from your "Premium FileHost".

Another thing that Beginners find hard to understand is, why there are 'multiple parts' to one file. The answer is in the limit. Filehost have limits on the size of a file. If the file is larger then the limit, then the file is split into parts and uploaded. The number of parts a file contains all depends on the size of the file and the file host's size limit. Combining parts is extremely east after you have downloaded all the necessary parts, so don't worry too much about it.

You can download these links one of two ways.

The first is using your browser.
This is known as the "raw downloading", or downloading without a download manager.

To Download with your browser, simply copy and paste one download link at a time into your address bar and press enter. If you have a Premium Account to that file host, your download will start immediately, and there are no further steps for downloading. Users with premium accounts can also download as many files at the same times as they wish.


If you do now have a Premium Account, then you will enter a webpage similar to the one below:

Since you are not a Premium User, you have to click: "Regular Download".
This example above is HotFile, but this guide applies to nearly all File Host.

After you have clicked "Regular Download", you will see a Count Down Timer. Usually it is around 60 seconds but time varies between file hosts.


Afterwards, you should see a captcha image.

This is to prevent automated softwares from downloading files and wasting valuable bandwidth, in other words, its to make sure you are human.

After typing the letters, numbers, or symbols, you can click, "Download the File".

The Download should now start normally.
If the file has multiple parts, you will have to do this for every part.

As you can see, not having a Premium Account has a few extra steps to download.
If your not already used to this way of downloading, it will catch up to you soon enough and it will be like second nature to you.

3. After the download.


You have finished downloading the file, and all parts associated with that file.
If the file is not compressed, in other words, if it is what you wanted such as files is an avi, mp3, pdf, exe, etc. Then the following steps are not required.

However, if the file(s) you downloaded are compressed in a RAR, 7z, or ZIP file, then you have to do the following.

First, open the first part, or Part 1 using winrar.

In this image, winrar is set to default when opening rar files.

After you have opened the first file, you will see something similar to the image below:

OMG! Whoa!! There it is!! Its the file you wanted!

Ok, now there are two ways of getting the file.
You can drag and drop it to a regular folder or to the desktop, or you can click the "Extract To" button, and choose where you want to file to be extracted to.

Extracting the file may take some time, depending on the contents being extracted.


After the file(s) have been extracted, your done!

Important Extra's
Now, there are a few important things I did not mention in this guide.
Viruses are a big concern when downloading from any warez site, since all the warez provided can be posted by anyone. So beware of fake files and files hosting virus.
Check out the comments, or replies because it usually has feedback from the community.
If there is even one person claiming it has a virus, then be cautious.
We highly recommend to install a 'Good' Anti-Virus Software.
I personally recommend Kaspersky Internet Security.
